DURASTEEL® is produced at the Promat factory.
DURASTEEL® is available in 2500x1200mm sheets and two standard thicknesses: 6,0 or 9,5 mm At the Promat factory the DURASTEEL® components are compressed and assembled:
- galvanised steel sheets (0,6mm thick)
- pre-punched stainless steel sheets (0,5mm thick) punched with a “pitch” with a nominal diameter of 5,5mm x 17,5mm to create mechanical “tines”
- fibre cement core (7,5mm for 9,5mm & 5mm for 6,0m)
The boards are guillotined (3 guillotines) into standard boards or cut-to-size upon request.
